Motivation Proclamation

Due to various excuses I have, like my new job andΒ The Boyfriend moving across the country, I’ve been eating like crap for the last few weeks and oh boy do I feel it. I am determined to resume my workout schedule in the morning and get back on track. I want last year’s summer clothes to fit even better this year! So, to help myself and other people who have slipped up recently, here are some happy thoughts:
